Travis Menge, MD (Grand Rapids, MI), demonstrates a pearl for developing the capsulolabral recess to place anchors for acetabular labral repair. Dr. Menge uses the radiofrequency wand to define the tissue plane while preserving the proximal capsular leaflet for closure at the end of the case.
