Osteochondral Lesions of the Talus: Treatment With the IntraOsseous BioPlasty® (IOBP) System

In this video, Christopher D. Kreulen, MD (Sacramento, CA), performs the IntraOsseous BioPlasty^® surgical technique to treat bone marrow lesions of the talus. The technique includes decompression of the lesion and injection of a biologic material to aid in bone growth. Multiple technical pearls are included, along with postoperative rehabilitation protocols that may be used when treating osteochondral lesions of the talus.
