Scapholunate advanced collapse, or SLAC wrist, is a debilitating complication of a scapholunate injury that results in progressive osteoarthritic changes in response to abnormal kinematics of the wrist. For this advanced pathology, salvage procedures like proximal-row carpectomy and four-corner fusion are indicated.
